Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Hive, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Our goal is to provide flexible childcare while being fair and transparent about cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a booking.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled drop-in are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours may be subject to a partial fee or non-refundable charge.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are available for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
  • Certain special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
