Yes! We are designed to bridge childcare gaps. We are committed to remaining open on national holidays and school closures. We will provide our staff paid time off during “off season” days. Closures will be reflected in the reservation system.

Families will have access to the online reservation system once the registration process is complete. All paperwork must be turned in and approved prior to your child attending. If you paperwork is expired or records are outdated, you will not be able to book additional days until the issue is resolved. This is to maintain compliance with childcare licensure.

You are welcome to call the main line and check in at any point while your child is in care. An administrator will provide you with an update. We also promise to call if your child becomes inconsolable.

We are currently allowing for cancellation or rescheduling at any time but we do ask for communication as soon as you are aware of a change in plans. If we get to a point where we are enrolling at max capacity, this policy will need to change but notice will be provided at the time of reservation if/when that happens.
