Attendance & Scheduling

  • Drop-in care is flexible, but we encourage families to schedule in advance when possible.
  • Same-day bookings are welcome based on availability.
  • If you need to change or cancel a booking, please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Arrival & Pickup

  • Parents/guardians must sign children in and out each day.
  • Authorized pickup: Only individuals listed on your child’s registration form may pick them up.
  • Please notify us in advance if someone new will be picking up your child.

Health & Safety

  • For the well-being of all children, we ask that sick children remain at home until symptom-free for at least 24 hours.
  • All staff members are trained in CPR and First Aid.
  • Our facility follows strict cleaning and sanitization routines daily.

Behavior & Guidance

  • The Hive promotes positive discipline and redirection, never harsh punishment.
  • We work with children to develop empathy, problem-solving, and respect for others.
  • Families will be notified if behavioral concerns arise that require additional support.

Meals & Snacks

  • Healthy, nutritious snacks are provided daily.
  • Parents are welcome to send additional food, but please avoid peanut products for the safety of all children.

Communication

  • We believe strong communication builds trust. Parents can reach us via phone, email, or during pickup/drop-off.
  • Important updates will be shared through our parent portal and posted at the front desk.
