Enrollment Requirements

  • Children must meet age requirements (18 months–10 years).
  • Registration forms and emergency contact information must be completed prior to attendance.

Scheduling & Attendance

  • Care is available on a drop-in basis and subject to availability.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for booking and confirming care through our scheduling system.

Payments & Fees

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Late pick-up fees may apply if children are not picked up by closing time.

Cancellations & Refunds

Health & Safety

  • Children showing signs of illness may not attend care.
  • Parents/guardians must be available for immediate pick-up if needed.

Behavior & Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected from all children and families.
  • The Hive reserves the right to refuse service if safety or conduct policies are not followed.

Policy Updates

  • The Hive may update these terms and conditions as needed. Families will be notified of any changes.
